I think the Mongolian dumplings "Buuz" are just like the Hawaiian/Chinese "porkhash" or "shu mai"...MY FAVORITE!!!!!

Judit, I don't usually make it so often. Usually once a week or once every other week. That week we had guests for dinner and I often make Mongolian food for guests. It's a novelty. :-)
